CANCELLATION POLICY
Client’s must provide 24 hours notice for appointment changes or cancellations. Any treatment may be cancelled and rescheduled without penalty with a minimum of 24 hours advance notice. If notice is not provided, a cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file. If clients have booked their appointment within 24 hours it is considered confirmed and the cancellation policy applies if the client needs to cancel or reschedule. More than 10 minutes late is considered a no-show client. Enforcement of this policy is at the discretion of the practitioner. If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the practitioner may ask the client to reschedule and in such cases, applicable non-refundable fees may apply.
Complementary Consultation appointment (including Visia Skin Analysis) no shows and late cancellations will be charged a $50 nonrefundable fee. Injection appointment no shows and late cancellations will be charged a $150 nonrefundable fee. For all other appointments 100% cancellation fee will be applied for no shows and late cancellations. For client’s that have purchased packages, the treatment session will be considered redeemed. Email or text reminders are sent out when the appointment is booked, 2 days before and 2 hours before the appointment.
